Water Aerobics is aerobics that takes place in the water. As the water supports the joints it is kind to the body but just as effective. Routines to music give the muscles, heart and lungs a good overall workout. Work gently or with more vigour to suit your needs. You don't have to be able to swim, all movement is done standing or using support.

Stages classes use Power Zone, Stages unique power meter, telling you exactly how much power youโre generating throughout the class. This means you can see how hard youโre working โ so no more bluffing!
To take part in the class you must be registered at www.stagescloud.com, you will need a valid phone number when registering which will also be used to register at the class.
Walk, Run, Row or Hand Cycle...
Benchmark your fitness with our Time Trials at Ards Blair Mayne, Comber Leisure Centre and Portaferry Sports Centre.
Our 3K Time Trials will help you set goals and monitor your fitness. Each month, we host a 3K run, row or walk so you can monitor your monthly progress. This month we're including a 5K cycle on the Hand Bike for members with mobility issues.

Ards Blair Mayne Wellbeing and Leisure Complex will be holding monthly HYROX Race Challenge series.
Each series will have the same race format. On race day, the first race will start at 7am, with every other race beginning on the half hour and hour until the last race at 9pm. Four people can participate in the same slot time.
This month we're introducing Adaptive HYROX for members with mobility issues.
