Routines to music give the muscles, heart and lungs a good overall workout. Work gently or with more vigour to suit your needs. You don't have to be able to swim, all movement is done standing or using support.

A high intensity fitness class aimed to push way beyond your comfort zone for maximum results using a mixture of cardio and resistance.
Group Cycle combines high-cadence riding with performance visualisation in an aerobic class-like environment. A more efficient and fun way to get in shape. Group Cycle not only defines leg muscles but also arm, shoulder, abdominal and even neck muscles.
