HYROX is a brand new functional class. The class will incorporate the 8 main HYROX exercises Skierg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls, as well as running.
Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and posture and enhance mental awareness.

Tred & Shred is a coached interval session on the treadmill in the Gym.
Chair Aerobics is the ideal class for those with limited mobility. Exercise whilst sitting in a chair to improve flexibility, heart and lungs.
