All Fit is a brand new functional class using the functional rig in the gym. The class will incorporate the main functional moves including squats, deadlifts, bench presses, the assault bikes and rowers. TRX bands, gymnastic rings and the punch bag will also be used during the class. Instructors will mix the class up each week - so every class will be different.
