Stages classes use Power Zone, Stages unique power meter, telling you exactly how much power you’re generating throughout the class. This means you can see how hard you’re working – so no more bluffing!
To take part in the class you must be registered at www.stagescloud.com, you will need a valid phone number when registering which will also be used to register at the class.

Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and posture and enhance mental awareness.

Train to become a Pool Lifeguard.
The next course runs from 15 to 20 July 2025. Enrolment opens on 19 May at the complex.
Participants are required to attend from 9am to 6pm on the first day and from 10am to 6pm on all other days.
A swim test will be held on the first day to ensure participants meet the prerequisites for taking the course. Assessments are carried out on the last day of the course for those meeting the required standard

Crash Course lessons run at Ards Blair Mayne the weeks of 7, 21 July and 4 August with enrolment opening online on Monday 9 June at 12 noon.
Adults and children can enjoy swimming at Ards Blair Mayne Wellbeing and Leisure Complex.
