About our Spa
The Spa is open to members and non members, aged 8 years old or over.
8 to 15 years old can only use the Spa facilities, including changing facilities, at Junior Times and must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimwear must be worn at all times.
Please note: Spa customers wishing to have a swim can access the pool directly from the Spa during Spa opening hours only. Outside these times, Spa members are required to use the changing facilities in the Aqua Zone to access the pool.

* Tuesday Ladies Spa Changing will not be available until 9.15am and on Thursday the Mens will not be available until 9.15am.
Using the Spa
Please note: There are currently no hairdryers available in our Changing Rooms. New hairdryers will be installed within the next few weeks.
The Spa may be used by anyone aged 8 years old or over. Those aged 8 to 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult and can only attend during Junior Times. Swimwear must be worn at all times.
Spa users will be issued with a wristband which must be worn at all times when using the Spa facilities. Please be aware staff carry out spot checks for bands and will approach anyone not wearing a band.
Spa customers can use the Spa Changing facilities and those wishing to have a swim can access the pool directly from the Spa.
Spa Etiquette
So every user has the best possible Spa experience, please adhere to the following when using the Spa:
- The Spa is an area of quiet and relaxation, please respect the ethos of the Spa whilst using it.
- Juniors must use the appropriate changing area i.e. girls in Female Changing and boys in Male Changing.
- Pre cleanse showers must be used before entering the Spa and after using a sauna or steam room.
- When lying on the heated loungers, please use a towel for hygiene purposes.
- Only aromatherapy oils supplied by the centre are permitted in the sauna and steam rooms.
- Shaving is not permitted in any area of the Spa, including changing areas.
- Food is not permitted in the Spa and water must be in a plastic container.
- Use of mobile phones or cameras is not permitted in the Spa area.
- Lockers are for daily use only and must be cleared before leaving.
