About our Health Suite

The Health Suite is situated on the ground floor and accessed from the changing rooms beside the Heavy Gym and Energy Studio.

You can relax in the Steam Room or Sauna and freshen up in the Experience Shower.

As sessions are mixed therefore suitable swimwear must be worn.

Use of the Health Suite is included in Fitness membership. Please see prices for non-members.
