Induction Times and Workout Updates

Induction Times

Everyone new to the gym must have a Quick Start Induction. Junior members must have an adult with them at the Quick Start Induction.

Inductions can be booked online via the website or Leisure App by choosing ‘Classes’ then ‘Gym Induction or Junior Induction' you may also book in the gym or at reception. Junior members can also do a separate Strength Training induction at the times shown below.

Workout Update

Stay focused on your goals with a 15 minute session with a member of our fitness team. Book a sit-down chat or short 1:1 training session at any of the following times:

Hyrox is coming...

Hyrox is coming to Ards Blair Mayne and you can find out all about it at our Hyrox Launch Day on Saturday 3 August, 10am to 1pm!

Join us on Saturday 3 August for Hyrox taster sessions (both Junior and Adult), mini competitions and more.
Refreshments will be provided.


The Gym is available to anyone aged 11 or over. Junior members are those aged 11 to 15 years. A range of all-inclusive memberships are available, and non-members are also permitted to use the gyms.

Dave joined Ards Blair Mayne Wellbeing and Leisure Complex in January 2019 and actively uses the Gym, Pool and Spa as well as attending Aqua Aerobics, Stages and Step n Tone Classes.
