A classed aimed at those who are new to fitness classes or who want a lower intensity class. This is taught at a slower pace, which will teach you the basics of exercises.

Energy

Cardiovascular based classes, exercising the heart and lungs, increasing stamina and burning fat.

Power

Strength based classes, improving all over body strength, conditioning and tone.
