Changing Rooms
There are fourteen accessible team changing areas, four individual changing rooms and officials' changing rooms in a secure area.
Function Rooms
The pavilion has two function rooms which sports clubs, businesses and groups can book for meetings, private events and celebrations. Complimentary data projector, screen and television are available.
Function Room 1
Function Room 1 is on the ground floor and overlooks the bowling green. It is available for hourly bookings including for party food following a Football party (see below).

- Maximum guests 60 seated, theatre style
- Kitchen oven, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, tea and coffee flask
Hire Price per hour: £10 From 1 April 2025: £10.20
Function Room 2
Function Room 2 is on the first floor and accessible by lift. The room overlooks the bowling green on one side and intermediate 3G pitch on the other side. It is available for hourly bookings and 2 hour Bouncy Castle party (see below).

- Maximum guests 120 seated, theatre style
- Kitchen oven, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, tea and coffee flasks
Hire Price per hour: Whole room £18, Half room £10

Childrens' Parties
Bouncy Castle Party
A three hour party in Function Room 2. Use of the adjoining kitchen is included and set up is permitted half an hour before the booked time.
Cost: £87.50 From 1 April 2025: £90
Bouncy Castle Parties taking place on Saturdays or Sundays are Bookable Online.
Football Party
Includes use of a third of a pitch for an hour and Function Room 1 for an hour afterwards.
Cost: £31.20 From 1 April 2025:£32
How to Book a Room or Party
Bouncy Castle Parties taking place on Saturday or Sunday are Bookable Online.
Bouncy Castle weekday parties and all Football parties may be booked by completing a Party Booking form, also available from the centre, and returning it to the centre to secure the booking. Party bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Parties must be booked no later than two weeks in advance. Bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances
To book a room, complete a booking form, also available from the centre, and return it to the centre to secure the booking. Bookings may be paid for in full at the time of booking or by invoice.
