Armchair Yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Aspects of Chair Yoga may even be incorporated into a regular Hatha yoga class, particularly to assist those with balance issues or anyone who has trouble getting down to and up of the floor.

Classes focus on flexibility, posture, core strength and rehabilitation.
