With Gillian in Studio 1 & 2. Suitable for beginners and all levels as it's a mindful, restorative, grounded practice including various postures (asanas) to help bring balance to the mind and body by focusing on the breath and internal body. The class finishes with a deep relaxation time in order for the body to soak up the physical, mental and emotional benefits, creating new headspace and positive energy.
