Water Aerobics is aerobics that takes place in the water. As the water supports the joints it is kind to the body but just as effective. Routines to music give the muscles, heart and lungs a good overall workout. Work gently or with more vigour to suit your needs. You don't have to be able to swim, all movement is done standing or using support.
