In the event of bad weather the class will take place in the Sports Hall.

Kettlebells is a unique class which uses weights shaped like a ball with a handle.  Kettlebell training is good for strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance which is achieved through a variety of swing movements.

Potential calorie burn: 350 - 30 minute class
