Come and learn how to really relax in our special workshop on Saturday 29 March at Ards Blair Mayne Wellbeing and Leisure Complex.
Yoga teacher, Elaine Magowan, will be combining elements of Yin and Somatic yoga to focus on better breath awareness and gentle stretching to release tension. Yoga Nidra (or sleep) will also be part of the session furthering your relaxation through mindfulness.
The session will be devoted to learning or improving these techniques so you can use them in your everyday life to fully relax both your body and mind. For ultimate relaxation, bring your own blanket and pillow.
Previous yoga experience is not required and the session is open to members and non members.
The session runs from 8.45am to 10.15am at Ards Blair Mayne Wellbeing and Leisure Complex.
