We are holding a HYROX Launch Day on Saturday 3 September at Ards Blair Mayne Wellbeing and Leisure Complex!
10am to 11am – HYROX Taster session for Adults (aged 16 or over)
11am to 12 noon – Try out a few of the HYROX exercises and take part in some mini competitions
12 noon to 1pm – HYROX Taster session for Juniors (11 to 15 year olds)
