For men and women 14 years old and over.

Swimming multiple lengths, developing good stroke technique and building stamina across multiple strokes. Lessons takes place in the Main Pool in a water depth of 1.6 metres.

Enrolment Information

New customers can start lessons in weeks one to four of a course. 

Enrolment must be made at Ards Blair Mayne Wellbeing and Leisure Complex.
