Renowned local nutritionist, Jane McClenaghan, Vital Nutrition will be coming along to Comber Leisure Centre on Wednesday 5 March, 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
Jane will be focussing on Eating for Exercise and how eating the right food at the right time will maximise the benefits of your workout.
