Booking your slot is free, however, as we are running our Macmillan Coffee Morning on Friday 27 September, we would appreciate a minimum £2 donation for Macmillan Cancer on the day.

HYROX Racing

There is no limit to who can take part in HYROX races - HYROX welcomes every participant with open arms.

HYROX racing combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

We plan to run our own races that everyone will be able to take part in.

For full race information visit the HYROX website.
