HYROX is a fitness phenomenon catching the attention of all professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level. HYROX is the sport for everybody!
HYROX classes will incorporate the 8 main HYROX exercises Skierg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls, as well as running.

The HYROX Race Challenge takes place in the Dome (Adaptive races in the Gym).
Our first HalfROX, will take place on Saturday 26 July.
Open to: Individuals and Doubles (male/female/mixed).

There is no limit to who can take part in HYROX races - HYROX welcomes every participant with open arms.
HYROX racing combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
We plan to run our own races that everyone will be able to take part in.
