Taking out new and managing existing memberships post lockdown.

Taking out a New Membership

Membership application can be made during all centre opening hours.

We have a Membership Advisor who is mainly based at Ards Blair Mayne, but is available in Comber 1 day each week.

When our Membership Advisor is available, they may be able to give you a tour of the centre and take you through your application. When the Membership Advisor is not available application can be made at reception. 

Please note the Membership Advisor will not be available from 14 to 25 July.

Managing Existing Memberships

Update 16 July 2021

Fitness and Aqua memberships

From 1 August 2021 it will no longer be possible to freeze Fitness membership and Aqua membership.
These memberships will become live and payments will recommence for direct debit memberships on that date. Cash memberships will have any time added on from that date. Cash members should fill in the Reactivation Form so their membership can be made live for 1 August and any time owed is added on. 

All other memberships remain frozen until further notice: Fitness and Spa, Fitness Comber only, Fitness Portaferry only, Spa and Child add on.

Please submit our Reactivation Form if you want to come back but your direct debit membership is currently frozen or you have a cash membership.

Not Ready to Come Back Yet

If you are unsure about coming back please come and experience our safety measures and procedures for yourself with a complimentary gym or swim session or centre visit to Ards, Comber or Portaferry.
