We are not currently taking party bookings. Information on parties will be published in due course.

Gym

The gym is available to all centre members and non members.

Fitness Classes

Using classes

  • Arrive class ready as changing facilities will not be available.
  • Bring your own mat if possible where required.
  • Water will not be available at the centre, please bring enough water for your visit as refills will not be available. Vending will not be available.
  • Classes will take place in the Sports Hall.
  • Please place any free weights or other equipment used in the quarantine area after the class has finished.
  • All centre equipment will be cleaned after use. Sanitizer will be available in the Sports Hall for use if required.

Badminton and centre activities

Badminton is now available to members and non members.

All sessions must be prebooked and those 15 years and under must be accompanied by a playing adult 18 years or over.

All sessions are for 60 minutes starting on the hour during centre opening hours.
Up to 3 consecutive sessions may be booked where court time is available.

Cost per court per hour:

Badminton - Adult £10.50, Junior/Concession/Active Ageing £5.50

Booking

All sessions must be prebooked and paid for by calling the centre on 028 4272 8833.  

Using the centre

Players must:

  • arrive play ready
  • bring their own equipment
  • bring their own water
  • keep track of time and leave promptly at the end of their session.

Arriving at the centre

The doors of the centre will remain closed until 5 minutes before the session start time, to enable cleaning between sessions.
During the winter months you are encouraged to remain in your car until the staff member is at the door.
There will be no admittance to the centre 5 minutes after the session/class start time and the doors will be locked.
Please queue keeping 2 metres distancing, a face covering should be worn.
Your booking and attendance will be checked before entering the centre. You do not need to provide a receipt, printed or on a device, for your booked session.
Please use the hand sanitizer available at the entrance to the centre and various stations throughout the facility.

In the centre

A face covering should be worn when walking through the centre to and from your activity. They do not need to be worn while taking part in activities. Children do not need to wear masks.

Follow the one way system in operation and maintain 2 metre social distancing at all times.
Lockers will not be available.

The accessible toilet off the corridor is available for use. Hand dryers will be turned off and paper towels provided. Cleaning supplies are available to sanitise before and after use of the facility.

After your Gym or Class session

When your session or class is finished you should leave the centre promptly.
Gym users leave via the back door leading to the corridor using the door at the end of the corridor out into the car park.
Those attending classes in the Sports Hall turn left to exit via the door at the end of the corridor out into the car park.
