About our Spa
The Spa is open to members and non members, aged 8 years old or over.
8 to 15 years old can only use the Spa facilities, including changing facilities, at Junior times and must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimwear must be worn at all times. Spa customers wishing to have a swim can access the pool directly from the Spa during Spa opening hours only. Outside these times, Spa members are required to use the changing facilities in the Aqua Zone to access the pool.
Some minimal changes have been implemented for using the sauna and steam rooms to ensure social distancing is maintained at 1 metre, however these changes will not impact greatly on the 5* Spa experience.

* Tuesday Ladies Spa Changing will not be available until 9.15am and on Thursday the Mens will not be available until 9.15am.
Using the Spa
The Spa may be used by anyone aged 8 years old or over with a valid membership. Those aged 8 to 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult and attend during Junior Times. Swimwear must be worn at all times.
Spa members will be issued with a wristband which must be worn at all times when using the Spa facilities. Non members will be issued with a temporary band. Please be aware staff carry out spot checks for bands and will approach anyone not wearing a band.
Spa customers can use the Spa Changing facilities and those wishing to have a swim can access the pool directly from the Spa.
Accessing the Main Pool directly from the Spa
Proximity wristbands are in operation to gain access between the Spa and Main Pool. The wristbands are kept in the wall cabinet beside the Spa reception. Users should collect a wristband on their way to the pool and put it back in the cabinet when they return to the Spa. Wristband usage is monitored and any not returned will be deactivated until they are returned.
